Project Creation

I can whip up a mean estimate. I am also well-versed in creating budgets, SOW’s, and master project schedules. Come to me with an idea and I can make it happen.

Pre-Production

Sourcing talent + crew that is a perfect fit for any type and size of shoot. I facilitate an efficient and robust pre-production process, without dropping a detail.

Production

I run a project that is fun to be a part of. Every consideration is addressed before the go-live (always with a plan B and C in place), so everyone can relax and make amazing work!

Post-Production

I am expert in a seamless post process. I have experience with retouching, edition/motion design, color grading, voiceover talent, music licensing, script, and asset management.

Project Management

Maintaining positive and clear communication with clients, vendors, and freelancers. Managing internal creative time, meeting planning. Establishing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones and deadlines. Managing project budget, forecasting overages and managing change orders. PM software experience includes Asana, Notion, Airtable, Smartsheets, Wrike, Trello, Adobe Workfront, and more.
